Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volumes.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Veluna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
