Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, used wellness and personal care products cannot be returned. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
